1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbjee ("xbjee", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xbjee online gaming platform, accessible at xbjee.asia and all associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing, registering on, depositing into, or placing any bet on the xbjee platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. 2Eligibility

Access to and use of the xbjee Service is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. xbjee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Service. xbjee enforces this age requirement strictly and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal persons are not permitted to hold an xbjee player account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing xbjee is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of xbjee, or an immediate family member of any such person, while holding an active player account.

3Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the xbjee platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• xbjee support staff will never ask for your full password via live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to xbjee support immediately.
• You are fully liable for all activity that occurs under your xbjee account, including any activity that results from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• You must notify xbjee support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. xbjee will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your account upon receiving such notification.

xbjee reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) from any account holder at any time. KYC documentation may include a copy of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts for which satisfactory KYC documentation cannot be provided may be suspended pending review, and withdrawal requests may be held until KYC is completed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the xbjee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbjee supports a range of Bangladesh-local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount on xbjee is ৳100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the xbjee account holder.

• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to the player's xbjee account balance instantly, subject to successful processing confirmation from the payment provider. xbjee is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments that are legally registered in the name of the xbjee account holder. Third-party deposits — where the deposit source belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification and the absence of outstanding bonus wagering requirements. xbjee targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts via bKash and Nagad, though processing times may vary.
• xbjee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be suspended pending resolution. xbjee will communicate the reason for any suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
• Deposits made for the sole purpose of earning a deposit bonus and subsequently withdrawn without meeting the applicable wagering requirements will be treated as bonus abuse. xbjee reserves the right to forfeit both the bonus amount and any associated winnings in such cases.

xbjee does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals from its own platform. However, individual payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may charge their own transaction fees per their respective terms of service, which are outside xbjee's control.

5Bonuses and Promotions

xbjee may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All bonuses and promotions offered by xbjee are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all xbjee bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once, using their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits by the same player do not qualify for the welcome bonus. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — including via new account registrations — constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between player accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements, or applied to game categories that are explicitly excluded in the specific offer terms.
• xbjee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms under which it was credited will continue to apply until the bonus has been used or expired.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of automated betting patterns, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinated multi-account abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on the xbjee platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules are governed by the rules of the individual game provider and are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and a game provider's specific rules, the game provider's rules shall take precedence for the purposes of determining the outcome of individual game rounds.

• A bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled once it has been confirmed by the xbjee system. Confirmed bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and the outcome of the relevant event or game round.
• In the event of a technical failure, communication error, or platform outage that interrupts or prevents the completion of a game round, xbjee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. No additional compensation will be offered in connection with such technical events.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits may apply to specific games and are displayed within the game interface. xbjee reserves the right to void any bet that exceeds the published maximum bet limit for that game, even if the bet was accepted by the system due to a technical error.
• Sports betting markets on xbjee are offered at odds determined at the time the market opens. xbjee reserves the right to suspend or close any sports betting market at any time prior to the commencement of the relevant event, and to void bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error.

All sports betting settlement decisions made by xbjee are based on official results as reported by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. xbjee will not re-settle markets based on subsequent amendments to official results unless the governing body formally reverses its original decision within 48 hours of the event conclusion.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbjee platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following behaviours will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be subject to legal proceedings where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the xbjee platform in place of genuine human interaction.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or table games, or coordinating bets with connected parties.
• Exploiting any software error, system vulnerability, or pricing mistake on the xbjee platform. Players who discover an error or vulnerability must report it to xbjee support immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error are subject to forfeiture.
• Attempting to launder money or use the xbjee platform for any purpose connected with financial crime, including the placement, layering, or integration of proceeds of crime through gaming transactions.
• Registering or using the Service from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic access restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, identity verification, or financial transaction processing on the xbjee platform.

xbjee cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators. Where prohibited conduct involves potential criminal activity, xbjee will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and will preserve all relevant account and transaction records for investigative purposes.

8Account Suspension and Closure

xbjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances. Where an account is closed by xbjee for reasons unrelated to the player's breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, the multiple-account prohibition in Section 3, or the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the timeframe requested by xbjee, or the discovery that documents previously provided were false, forged, or otherwise fraudulent.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder themselves through the xbjee responsible gaming tools or via xbjee support.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime associated with the account, pending further investigation by xbjee or competent authorities.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, xbjee will endeavour to complete its review and communicate the outcome to the account holder within 30 business days. Funds held in a suspended account will not accrue interest during the suspension period.

9Responsible Gaming

xbjee is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. xbjee recognises that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and maintains a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively and to contact xbjee support if they feel their gambling is becoming difficult to control.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit can be decreased immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive increases during periods of heightened play.

10Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the xbjee platform — including but not limited to the xbjee brand name, logo, website design, software, source code, database architecture, text content, graphics, game interfaces, and all other proprietary materials — are and shall remain the exclusive property of xbjee or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any licence or right to use xbjee's intellectual property except as strictly necessary for the purpose of using the Service as a registered player.

The Player must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the xbjee platform without the prior written consent of xbjee. Unauthorised use of xbjee's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbjee's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following types of loss are expressly excluded from xbjee's liability in all cases.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
• Losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, including interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers outside xbjee's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on any information or content published on the xbjee platform, including game rules, odds, or promotional terms, where that content contained an error that has been corrected by xbjee after publication.
• Any loss of winnings or inability to access winnings arising from the Player's own failure to comply with the applicable KYC verification requirements, wagering requirements, or withdrawal terms applicable to their account.

12Privacy and Data Protection

xbjee collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in connection with account registration, identity verification, financial transactions, and use of the Service. 13Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the Service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of xbjee complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. xbjee makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Where informal resolution is not achievable, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
